SURYA AST (सूर्या अस्ट) means 'sunset' in Hindi. This candle makes you feel as if you are spending the evening on a hilltop, watching the sun go down. It is perfect for lighting in the evening; the scent of chamomile helping to prepare you for sleep.
SURYA AST is inspired by my time in India walking down streets lined with pink and red geraniums, soft, yellow ylang-ylang petals, musky, purple patchouli and white jasmine flowers. These fragrances instantly transport me to those warm summer evenings. Roman chamomile adds a fruity, apple-like aroma with herbaceous tones and hints of tobacco. Neroli and lemongrass complement the floral scents, bringing high notes of citrus.
Each candle is created with its own unique, handcrafted scent made with high quality, pure, aromatherapy-grade essential oils. Using coconut, olive and candelilla wax which carry each scent beautifully and a wick made from 100% pure cotton, these candles are completely non-toxic and burn cleanly and evenly. These 180ml/6oz candles have a burn time of approximately 45-50 hours. Each order comes with a 100% cotton drawstring bag with our logo printed on it.
